After a 12-miler that included 8 miles at about 5:20 pace, Matt Tegenkamp and Jonathon Riley relax with some range-of-movement exercises.

    For how many yards do they do each of the movements?

    Maybe about 30 yards.

    Looks awesome. A couple times a week? Or after every run? Is there some static stretching before this?

    More like a couple or a few times per week. I didn’t see any static stretching before this session or when I watched Solinsky and Riley do them. Bear in mind that these exercises are gentle stretches in and of themselves.
